John F. Johnston

John F. Johnston, CTO

John was hired on as the President of an electronics company whose contracts included circuit boards and assemblies for automotive, appliance and medical customers. In 2007, John then purchased the company, creating an R&D arm that developed a medical product, a biometrics firmware and a thermal management technology for high output, light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In 2009, John developed the very first LED high-wattage light approved by the Department of Energy.

John has been granted 4 patents by the USPTO and Canadian Intellectual Property Office. John was educated at Royal Military College and developed new Army field technologies at the National Defense Headquarters.

Trevor Smith

Trevor Smith, VP of Technology

Trevor earned his degrees in physics and electronic engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in England.

Since then he has developed and managed high-performance systems, software, multi-core ASICs and embedded microprocessor-based solutions. Trevor has assembled the engineering teams of multiple successful startup companies, delivering industry-leading solutions from concept to production. He has also founded and developed several businesses and their corresponding digital interfaces, including 1-800-GiftCard, Homecity, and Trevor has strong business development skills and has forged corporate partnerships with major customers in the United States, Europe, Japan, China, Taiwan and Australia

Ramsey Jabro

Ramsey Jabro, CFO

Ramsey Jabro has nearly 25 years in national accounting experience. He has been in charge of and has led the accounting operations at TruSolis Technologies since its official formation. Ramsey has 20 years experience as a CFO. For the first 10 years of his career he was the CFO for an Advertising Agencies in Phoenix. He was instrumental in the implementation of accounting programs and policies that did not exist prior to arrival. Prior to joining TruSolis Technologies, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of WynZyn, an app that allowed you to earn cash by watching a few ads.

For much of his career he served as CFO at Paradigm Tax Group, a national property tax firm. In that capacity Ramsey was involved in opening 18 new locations, participated in 9 acquisitions, and two large Private Equity sale transactions.

Jill Holechek

Jill Holechek - VP of Administration Services

Extensive experience in executive sales, corporate and technical recruiting in various industries. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with a BS in Psychology, she entered into the mental health field managing dual diagnosis group homes focusing on the needs of the individuals and integration into society. Managing several county and state supported group homes required inventory management, case management, facilitating and meeting the needs of its residents, and reporting to state and county agencies. From there she entered into HR/staffing, going from part time temporary placement in manufacturing and assembly to full time permanent placement in the petroleum refining and oil and gas industries as an executive search consultant.

In 2010 she filed all the paperwork to start a 501c3 organization, Angel Drops, Inc., to facilitate fitness and well-being in her community which its demographic is one of the highest in the nation for diabetes and obesity in its youth. Still going strong, the non-profit continues to be a force within the community. Taking on VP of Administration for an LED lighting company seemed the obvious next step in her career as the conservation of the environment has been a passion of hers.

Tim Alford

Tim Alford - VP of Finance

Tim brings 25 years of experience in investment management of portfolios for a macro hedge fund, mutual funds, private investors, and banks. He has extensive experience in domestic and international markets structuring and executing investments. He has successfully raised equity for pre-revenue ventures.

Tim founded and arranged financing for numerous investment funds throughout his career while at the same time performing portfolio management duties. He has analyzed and invested in multiple private placements. These skills have been ideal to evaluating TruSolis and it’s opportunities, as well as presenting them understandably to investors

Ken Sintchak

Ken Sintchak - VP of Sales

Ken has extensive experience in commercial manufacturing and sales for over 25 years in Northern, CA. His career has included managing both sales and marketing for his own companies for 15 years. He has consistently earned recognition and awards for his sales achievements by various industries while representing global companies working with consultants, wholesale distributors, dealers, and national chain accounts.

Throughout the past 5 years, Ken’s companies have expanded and developed divisions to introduce sustainable energy products, including battery storage, power harvesters, and LED lighting to the commercial industry.


Jerry Aranas - Director of Sales

Jerry earned both his BS/IS and MBA degrees from the University of Phoenix. He also served in the U.S. Army and CALGUARD as a Command Staff NCO in charge of Logistics and Supply Chains. He has a background in fuels additives R&D with Chevron Oronite Global LLC.

He was a Procurement and Project manager at Safeway Corporate responsible for capital investment initiatives, procurement, and project management. He was instrumental in developing a cross-functional team responsible for transitioning from fluorescent lighting to LED lighting in over 1000 stores, distribution centers, parking lots, and fuel stations. He was also responsible for the LED lighting fixtures beta testing, development of lighting performance specifications, and contract negotiations with the manufacturers and OEM's.

In his off-time, Jerry enjoys coaching boys HS AAU basketball, martial arts, muscle cars, and recording music professionally.

Brooks Roach

Brooks Roach - Marketing Manager

Brooks graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Marketing & Certificate in Sales. She ran 15 half and full marathons in the duration of one year to hit the Hall of Fame with the Rock and Roll Marathon Series. Give her a goal and she'll hit it. She's a photographer, event planner and well-established sales woman in any situation creating a pronounced platform for Marketing Ingenuity across all spectrums.

As a growth marketer, her North Star is doing what's best for the consumer. Brooks is relentless in her pursuit of consumer experience improvement with data-driven strategies. She has worked in nearly all aspects of marketing, self-taught or learned by trial & error, and consistently drives results.
